You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, no questions asked.

Once your account is deleted, all your data — including download history, liked worksheets, and Watch Later list — will be permanently removed within 30 days. This cannot be reversed.

  1. Open KidsWorksheets
  2. Go to Profile tab
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm deletion

Note: Worksheets you've already downloaded to your device are not affected. Those files remain on your device and are yours to keep.

What happens after you request deletion

Immediately — Account access revoked

Your account is deactivated. You can no longer log in or download new worksheets.

Within 3 business days — Email confirmation

If you requested via email, we confirm deletion by replying to your request.

Within 30 days — All data permanently removed

Your email address, download history, likes, and Watch Later list are permanently erased from our servers. This cannot be undone.

You can request deletion of specific data without closing your account.

If you want to clear your activity data but keep your KidsWorksheets account, you can request deletion of any or all of the following:

👤 Profile information

Retention note: Your email address is retained as long as your account exists. All other data listed above is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
